The Deakin University Cybersecurity Association (DUCA) is a student-led community created by students, for students, and united by a shared passion for cybersecurity. DUCA serves as a launchpad for aspiring cybersecurity professionals, transforming curiosity into expertise through hands-on experiences, industry connections, and collaborative learning.
Our mission is to empower students to grow into confident leaders in the digital world. We achieve this by providing practical training, such as Capture the Flag challenges, career-focused workshops, and opportunities for real-world application of classroom learning. Aligned with Deakin University and the Deakin University Student Association (DUSA), DUCA strives to create a dynamic, supportive, and inclusive environment where every member can learn, lead, and innovate.
